Yoga II - Balance and relaxation - From 2P to 5P

“Through my body, I learn to develop and refine my senses. I smell a perfume…mmm… I breathe with my whole body! I listen to a melody…how wonderful!… It tickles my ears!”

 

The aim of this workshop is to teach young children to be attentive to their sensations, to discover their inner and outer space, and to develop self-confidence through games and moments of relaxation.

 

Friday, the end of the week… We’re going to relax with activities that link the body, construction and imagination, and will make us feel good and relaxed – it’s like creative and cheerful yoga adapted for children.

 

FRIDAY from 4pm to 5pm
