Extra Yoga & Brain Gym I - From 3 years to 3P

Extracurricular activity

Move, breathe, focus—to learn better! In a world where children are often overstimulated, these two gentle approaches offer simple and playful tools to:

– Refocus and relax.
– Better manage emotions.
– Improve coordination and motor skills.
– Strengthen attention and concentration.
– Build self-confidence.

Brain Gym is a method that uses specific movements to activate connections between the body and the brain. These simple and fun exercises help children improve their concentration, learn or enhance reading skills, write, and manage stress—all while having fun.

Through yoga—with animal-inspired postures, breathing games, and short relaxation activities—children learn to listen to their bodies, move mindfully, and find inner calm. Yoga is always presented in a playful way, adapted to their age and energy levels.

Example of a session:

– Short warm-up with Brain Gym movements.
– Yoga postures through stories or games.
– Awakening the five senses with games and riddles.
– Breathing, attention, or coordination exercise.
– Quiet time, visualization, or relaxation
